Dan started his property journey back in 2006. He made every mistake you can imagine. Buying out of area, paying over market value, paying builders up front with no contract and completing a refurb to his taste, not what the market wanted. Fast forward to today and Dan now works across multiple property projects and developments. Overseeing every project personally, he is very hands on. Dan works directly with investors on our Bespoke Joint Ventures from all over the world.
Harrison joined the team in March 2017. Harry works closely with the Group Finance Director in accounts, where he oversees the property purchases and sales. Harry also keeps a close eye on the operational aspects of our office systems.
As a fully qualified accountant, Stefan provides an overview for finance structures and leads the way in strategy and direction for the financial side of the group.
John’s knowledge and experience in the field has paid off time and time again. Working directly with Dan for a number of years, John and his team not only provide the architect drawing, but a complete insight to planning guidelines, local/national policies and innovative ways to maximize potential property deals.
Drew is an experienced sales-oriented business professional with considerable marketing and interpersonal capabilities acquired through academic qualification and practical experience. The application of these skills has clearly been demonstrated through success in all aspects of commerce, be it dealing with the general public or in negotiation with business partners. Drew forms part of the GCP board & has an impressive track record of achievement, complimented by a confident, outward going personality.
Eric spent the last 22 years as MD and major shareholder of Fendercare Marine, a leading international company focussed on the oil transportation business as well as the international shipping business. Eric focussed on developing the business organically and by acquisition both in the UK and overseas. As well as being recognised as a world leader in it’s field, Fendercare is now the largest subsidiary of James Fisher & sons PLC, a London based FTSE 250 company. Eric has experience within the student property investment sector & forms part of the GCP board.
Hannah joined the team in April 2018, being office and design manager. Hannah works closely with founder Dan. Hannah previously was head of design at Oakland’s Hotel, overseeing the refurbishment with in the Hotel. Hannah qualified as an Interior Designer in 2015. Abbie joined the team in January 2018. Abbie works closely with Hannah dealing with all admin enquiries. One of the founding partners at Grace Charles London, with over 6 years experience within the construction industry. His next following focus was to move to residential property projects. Ben is extremely passionate about the property industry and nothing gives him greater pleasure then achieving great returns for investors and overseeing the whole project from beginning to end. Working very closely with Landlord’s agents and solicitors gave Ben an in-depth overview of the London property market.
His key areas of expertise are in sourcing investment properties, negotiations, strategy and marketing. He is also an accomplished networker and an avid reader, has achieved great success in the corporate lettings business that he has launched last year.
Raouf has a diverse experience within the corporate world with over 12 years experience in corporate banking & asset management background. Since 2014 he has built a significant property portfolio within London. The main focus was working with motivated landlords to bring under utilised properties back into use in local communities such as Greenwich and surrounding areas. With extensive and long-term relationships with agents and landlords has managed to fast-track his success.
As a full time property investor himself he understands the importance of what truly makes an investment work as a short or long term strategy, whether it is a fast paced flip or a long term high yielding asset this needs to match the investors needs and risk appetite.
